Kelli focuses her practice on licensing, commercial transactions, and other contract matters. With a background in life sciences patent law, Kelli has +25 years’ transactional experience from having worked in university technology transfer, Big Law and boutique practice. She has worked on a variety of contract matters for protecting and monetizing intellectual property rights and business interests. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, research and development contracts, technology transfers, IP licenses, intellectual property provisions in business agreements, consulting agreements, and commercial sales, service, supply and distribution agreements.
